Frank Romeo, 63, of Toms River, passed away at home on Wednesday December 5th while surrounded by his loving family. Born in Newark, NJ, he was a lifelong resident there before moving to Toms River in 1979. Frank worked as a driver for the Newark Star Ledger for over 23 years. He was a communicant of St. Luke’s RC Church in Toms River.
Frank is survived by his loving wife Carol Strada Romeo; his son Philip Romeo and his wife Linette of Forked River, NJ; his daughter Victoria Romeo of Toms River; his grandchildren Philip, Katelyn, Matthew and Ciara Rose; and his father Chester Romeo and his wife Mary of Florida.
Visiting hours will be on Monday December 10th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday December 11th at 9:15 AM at St. Luke’s RC Church, Toms River. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
