Frank Louis Longo was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ. He married Joan A. Cassone in 1959 and they raised their two children, Amy and Frank, in the township of Maplewood. Their marriage of 58 years was a testament of love and commitment. Frank lived his passion to cook and feed people everyday. He will be remembered for his generous spirit and warm heart.
