Francis Cook

Frank was born in Brooklyn, NY, but resided in Toms River, NJ for most of his life. Most recently, he resided at the Bergerville Group Home in Freehold.

He will be remembered for his love of horses and westerns, and his infectious smile and boisterous laughter. A kind and gentle soul, Frank will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Frank was predeceased by his mother, Alvena; and his sisters: Cookie, Loretta, and Maureen.

Surviving are his nieces and nephew: Denise Davis and her husband Dereck, Christine Davis and her husband Bill, and George Carles and his wife Kimberly; his great nieces and nephews, his great-great nieces; and his many friends he's made throughout the years.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 5-7PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Frank's name to the Western Monmouth Achievement Center, 200 Campus Drive, Suite 200F, Morganville, NJ 07751.
