Antoinette (née Kelkuski) Frank of Toms River, NJ, passed away on May 23, 2022 at the age of 103. Born April 15, 1919 in Queens, NY, the daughter of the late Walter and Caroline Kelkuski and a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church. 1938 graduate of Toms River High School, worked for Downs Ford on Hyers St., better known as Frog Alley at that time, where she met her future husband John Frank. They married and moved to Toms River where they raised their two children. She retired from Central Jersey Title Co. after 28 years. Her hobbies were camping with her husband and two grandchildren; bowling; baking all kinds of goodies; and lovingly feeding all the birds, ducks, and any other animals that were lucky enough to wander into her backyard. A member of the National Assoc. of Retired Federal Employees Chapter 0637 and a longtime member of the Toms River Senior Center where she taught yoga as a volunteer for 15 years, well into her nineties. The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program honored her for significant services to the community as a senior volunteer in 2006. Antoinette is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 69 years, John Frank; her son, Edwin; her siblings, Edward Kelkuski, Clara Erhart, Freda Cummins, and Sue Bennett; her son-in-law, Donald Armstrong; and her precious dog Mikie. She is survived by her daughter, Constance Armstrong; her grandchildren, Jamie (Erich) Bleiweiss and Donald Armstrong; and her great-granddaughters, Kaitlyn Bleiweiss and Nicole and Tiffany Armstrong. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. Burial will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in her name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis TN 38105.
