Ann V. Isenegger, 87, of Toms River passed away on Thursday February 4th, 2016 at home. Born in Nova Scotia, Canada, she resided in Port Richmond, NY prior to moving to Toms River 1984. Ann graduated from Notre Dame College in Staten Island and worked as an Elementary School Teacher for P.S. 53 in NYC. She was a Catholic Daughter of America, member of the Holiday City South Women’s Club and Editor of the Southwind Paper. Ann also enjoyed world travel and bowling. She was predeceased by her loving husband Robert and brother Jack Lockhart. Surviving are her son Paul and wife Madeline Isenegger of New Brunswick, NJ, grandchildren Monique and Matthew, great grandchild Kyleigh, sister-in-law Joan Lockhart of Manchester, NJ and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday February 8th, 2016 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A Funeral Service will be offered at 11am on Tuesday February 9th, 2016 at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the New Jersey Veteran’s Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
