Phillip Michael Nielsen, 57, formerly of Tolleson, AZ passed away on August 27, 2016 in Tolleson, AZ. He was born in Phoenix, AZ on August 2, 1959. Phillip is preceded in death by his father Maurice and survived by his wife Margarita; mother Angelita; brother Steve; children Phillip, Debbie, Danielle, Andrea and Adriana; and grandchildren Annabella, Raymond, Camilla, Andrew, Elijah and Lexi.
