Dora Louise Cooley

Dora Louise Graham Cooley, 80 of Vanceburg, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. The widow of Frank Cooley, born September 25, 1935 in Wyoming County, West Virginia to the late Carlos and Hazel Roberts Graham. She was of the Methodist faith and member of the Southeastern Cherokee Council Inc. of Georgia.

Mrs. Cooley is survived by her children; Sandra (Mitchell) Penrod, Robert (Susan) Cooley and Phillip Eugene Cooley; brother Charles (Mary) Graham; sister-in-law Sandra Graham; grandchildren; Ben Cooley, Frank Cooley, Misty Cooley, Bobbie Marlow, Brian Penrod, Dennis Penrod, Lisa Carrington, Phillip Eugene Cooley Jr., Jessica Renee Bohl, Kim Furman and Steven Furman; 16 Great Grandchildren; 7 Great-Great Grandchildren and special friend Sheri Garrett. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son Gary Cooley and brother Kenneth Graham.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Cooley will be Thursday, November 5, 2015, 1PM at Barbour and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Silas Ripato officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Garden of Memories. Pallbearers will be: Phillip Cooley, Eugene Cooley, Daniel Bohl, Ronnie Marlow, Jody Graham and Brian Penrod. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 4, 2015, 6-8PM at the funeral home.
