Terrance graduated from Parkville High School in 2004. He exchanged vows with his then wife Ashley Moore, that same year and moved to Oak Harbor, Washington. During this union in May 2006, he was blessed with his first daughter Breena Nicole.
At an early age he accepted Christ as his lord and savior. He was a member of Higher Ground Ministries. He became employed working at centers with the youths. He was employed for many years working in customer service.
Terrance was affectionately known as "Terry" to his loved ones. His four daughters meant the world to him, and he loved spending quality time with them. They were light in his eyes and gave him a life to look forward to.
Terrance had a great love for people. He was very passionate when it came to helping people. He was loved by many and will be truly missed. He was a very affectionate person that would always greet you with a smile and hug. He was a humbled spirited person with a very kind and gentle approach. If you needed Terrance, he would be there. Terrance loved hard and his friends were his extended family.
He enjoyed music and loved dancing. At family gatherings, Terrance would always be the center of attention dancing at any event. His favorite performers were Michael Jackson and Usher. Give Terrance the floor and a microphone and you’ve just arrived at a show. Terrance also enjoyed playing basketball with friends and watching sports.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Gene Moore Jr. and his sister, Natisha Moore.
Terrance leaves to cherish his memory; Mother Patrice W. Carter, Stepfather Darren A. Carter, Grandmother Pearl Seess, Step Grandfather John Gray, Children; Breena N. Moore of Pennsylvania, Aubrey S. Moore (Hoover) of Alabama, Kiara H. Moore & Avianna A. Moore of Washington, Brothers; Darrell Moore, Dwight Moore, David Abrahams and Jordan Carter, Sisters; Crystal Abrahams of Virginia, Adrienne Abrahams, Bianca Carter and Paris Carter. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
