Susan J. Lam

Susan J. Lam, 61, passed away suddenly on August 3, 2024. Sue was a longtime dedicated member of AA and was known as “Oriole Sue”. She was very passionate about The God’s Daughter retreat and attended many times. Whenever you would see Sue you wouldn’t know what crazy outfit she would be wearing. Sue also enjoyed dark chocolate, the holidays and most of all her family.

Sue was the loving wife of Daniel Lam for 39 yrs.; daughter of the late Delores and Edward Schlosser; beloved mother of Juanita Meadowcroft (Joe), Matthew Myers (Stephanie), and Daniel Lam, III (Emily); devoted sister of Ruth Braithwaite, Grace Boyett (Paul), and the late Liz Ridener; cherished grandmother of Anthony, Josh, Ryan, Jake, Kaylee (Chase), Candice, Krystal, Damien, Zoe, Linna, Aiden, Haily, Jordan, Julianna, Jayden, James, Jonathon, Torie and the late Dustin and great grandmother of Lucius; Sister-in-law of Nancy, Jackie, and Debbie; granddaughter of the late Ethel; Daughter-in-law of the late Daniel Lam, Sr.; A longtime family friend Nancy; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 12 to 2PM and 6 to 8PM. Please wear Orioles' gear in memory of Sue’s love for the team. Susan’s life will be celebrated at the funeral home on Monday, August 12, 2024 at 11 AM.

Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
