Richard A. Quarles, Sr. passed away on January 24, 2024; loving husband of the late Frances Jean Quarles; beloved father of Richard A. Quarles, Jr. and his wife Jennifer, and Carol L. Quarles; devoted brother of Donald Quarles, Cynthia Griffin, Thomas Quarles, and Diane Potter and the late Norman Quarles, and William Quarles; cherished grandfather of Bailey, Taylor, Grace, Julia, Madylyn, Kallie, Connor and Tyler.
The family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at which time Richard's life will be celebrated at 12:00 pm.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
