Mary E. Lorenz

Mary E. Lorenz (nee Amos), 97, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2023; loving wife of the late John D. Lorenz; devoted mother of E. Louise Bradford, John C. Lorenz, and the late Leonard “Ross” Lorenz; dear mother in-law of Carolyn Lorenz; cherished grandmother of Melissa L. Bradford, and John W. Bradford, Jr. and his wife Kim, Zachary I. Moore and family; great grandmother of Timothy Backhaus, Paige Bradford Christie (Shane), and Ally Bradford.

The family will receive friends at Wiseburg United Methodist Church, 810 Wiseburg Rd, White Hall, MD 21161 on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 11 to 12pm at which time a memorial service to celebrate Mrs. Lorenz’s will begin at 12pm.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in Mary’s memory to Wiseburg United Methodist Church Fund, 19617 Middletown Road, Freeland, MD 21053.
