Aunt Lorraine,

Well, we took you to rest next to Uncle Bill yesterday.  It was a sad, sad day for sure - but you would have been so proud of the service and everyone there.  Cheryl spoke beautifully about you and each part of the service was thought about and carried out with love and respect.  

I want you to know that I will do my best to take care of Mom for you.  And we will be sure to keep your memory alive.  We will never stop thinking of and talking about you.  You were so important to us...just hope you realize how much you meant to your family.  I took some time to look around over the past couple of days and it was obvious that you have left your mark on many of us.  We love you and we miss you.  Give "Uncle Bull" a big hug from me.

I was so stunned to hear of the passing of Lorraine.  She was a wonderful woman -- so cheerful, pleasant, kind, thoughtful and generous.  I will miss her smiling face.  My condolences to all of the family.

I was shocked to hear of the passing of Grandma Boone. The world is now missing a  wonderful woman with a laugh that made anyone smile within ear shot.  I didn't know Lorraine well, but when I was in her company, she always made me and my family feel comfortable, especially my daughter Kellan. They were card companions. Kellan loved playing cards with Grandma Boone.  Lorraine was loved by so many and will be  missed by all.

Prayers and Blessings for Lorraine's Family and Friends. Life is Short and We have to Know what Matters Most. WHERE we are Going when We Leave Earth. SALVATION is given Freely when YOU Believe In Jesus Christ Our Savior. I know Lorraine thru Her Sister "Grace" for "Grace" went with Our Dad "Walter" for Many Years and Many Memories Remembered. I have not spoke to Grace for many months and I had a Dream about Grace and Jane and Walter and my sister Debbie and so I Called Grace Well it happened to be that day 1-15-14 when Lorraine was in The Hospital having Her Surgery. Well I Prayed with Grace and I Know EVERYTHING is IN God's Hand for His PLANS are NOT Our Plans. and We have to Learn to Trust Him. My sister had called and said her friend (Debbie's) Mother is Married to Lorraine's Late Husband Bills Brother & called her Aunt Lorraine and told her that Lorraine did not make it thru Her Surgery. That was NOT Expected of course. So Prayers for GRACE who had just lost her daughter "Carol" not long ago for She was going to Help Lorraine when she came Home. WE just have to KNOW that GOD is there for US especially on BENDED KNEE! He Loves US ALL and Forgives Us of ALL of Our Sins. So we Must Know How to LOVE and FORGIVE OTHERS as WELL. I Have Not seen Lorraine for Years but If she Had FAITH and BELIEVED In JESUS Our SAVIOR and had Repentance. She Is With Our Father GOD in Eternity. THIS IS NOT OUR HOME....HOME IS IN HEAVEN. Grandma,
I never thought the day would come that you would no longer be here. I'm glad that we got to spend time together over Christmas and create a few last memories playing with the babies. It makes me happy that you are now reunited with Pop because I know how much you loved each other. I will forever miss playing cards with you, finding candy in all of your cabinets, and all of the trouble we used to get into.  You were an amazing woman with a big heart who many adored. I don't know how I'll ever win another card game against my Dad without you as my partner. You will never be forgotten. I love you!

My dear friend Lorraine.  You left us way too soon.  I still cannot believe you are no longer with us.  You were the most lovely, caring, thoughtful and compassionate person I've ever known.  Your smile and laugher were contagious and brightened the lives of many in ways you'll never know.  I will miss our long talks especially during those thunder storms you dreaded so much. Dear Grandma (GG) - I still can't believe you are gone. I thought we would have many more holidays to celebrate together. We will miss your smile, your laugh and especially your hugs. Aunt Lorraine I have known you and your family all my life and you were a hoot. I am very sad to hear of your death, I just saw you recently and you were smiling as usual. This is a huge loss for your sisters and your family, they love you so much. May God look over your family and let them have such great memories of you, I know I will. Love you!

Aunt Lorraine - you were definitely a sweet and elegant lady that showed us all how we should try to be each and every day. There is no doubt that the angels in heaven just got better because one of the sweetest angels I know is now keeping Uncle Bill company. There are no words that can take away the shock or sadness from all of us losing you.  But I know you are in a better place.  I love you Aunt Lorraine and am glad i got to see you after leaving the Army.
