Joe was the loving husband of Lisa M. D’Iorio; devoted father of Joseph H. (Jay) and his wife Teresa, and Alan M. Conn and his wife Kristine (Kris); dear brother of the late Thomas H. Conn; cherished grandfather of Joshua E. Conn, Joseph G. Conn, and Eva R. Conn.
Joe grew up in North Olmsted, OH and graduated from North Olmsted High School. He graduated from Marietta College (OH) BS; West Chester (PA) State College MS; and Clarion (PA) State College MS. Joe taught general science in OH. He lived for over twenty years in Bradford, PA. and worked as the district-wide audio-visual specialist for public schools in Bradford.
Joe was a talented photographer, a Maryland Master Naturalist, and a Coast Guard Auxiliary member. An ardent road traveler, he visited all fifty states in America.
Services and interment will be private.
