Joan L. Frederick, 87, passed away on February 3, 2020; loving wife of the late Melvin E. Frederick; devoted daughter of the late Thomas R. Lomax, and Helen L. Moisan; beloved mother of Susan L. Coyle and her husband Ralph; Kathryn J. DiNisio and her husband William, Gayle L. Swain and her husband Daniel; Cherished grandmother of Diana L. Venditto, Stephen A DiNisio, Julie K. Krupacs, Alexander F. Swain and Luke D. Swain; great grandmother of Cadence L. Venditto, Adelaide M. Venditto, Beckett M. Venditto, Lillian M. DiNisio, Micah J. DiNisio, Levi J. DiNisio, Evangeline R. DiNisio, and Iris R. DiNisio; dear sister of the late William Lomax; also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A Funeral service to celebrate Joan’s life will be held at Cub Hill Bible Presbyterian Church, 2927 Cub Hill Road, Parkville, MD 21234 on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 11:00 am.
