I am completely devastated to learn of this news. May God grant David the love and peace he deserves. 

I've known David since (I think) 2005 as I worked with him on the original FX Studios website design and build and then continued to work with David and his company's online efforts through today.  Having met personally with David on numerous occasions, I found him to be friendly, engaging, enthusiastic, smart, fun-loving, and genuine. I always walked away from our conversations with admiration for him and excitement for the project at hand. My deepest condolences to David's family and friends.

I had the pleasure of working with David for the past 5 + years.  He brought intelligence and energy to everything he did and I will truly  miss him. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.  My respects to his is entire family.  You all are in my thoughts and prayers.



Dear Behan family,
I was shocked to learn of David's passing.
 I had contact with David for many years until my retirement in April 2019. 
I first met David when he became a salesman for AB Kohl Sales(?). At the time his father Joe owned the company and represented my employer.
David was very appreciative of those that supported the Dunleary business. In the years since my retirement, he continued to send me the annual Thanksgiving gift for which Dunleary is known.  
May your memories of David comfort you at this time.

When David came into My Life I never imagined a friendship of 21 years. I Love with Men so much he has always been there for me no matter what  the circumstances were. You will forever live in my heart and I’m going to miss you so much.

Shocked at the news of Daves unexpected passing. We had lunch a few years back at the Charles Village Pub in Towson and where Reminiscing of our JC days. You where a caring and loving soul. You will be missed my Friend. God Bless

I was so sad to hear about David. He was such a good friend of mine during some of the most magical years of our lives. When I look back on those years, David figures prominently in those memories. While it has been a long time, he truly touched my heart and helped me become the person I am today. I hope his girls find peace in all the memories people share about their dad. (I'm laughing right now thinking about our scavenger hunt.) 

David, As others have said what a shock. I met you when you were building FX. The creative nature and spirit you have to give to others. Your blood that flows thru your veins is enriched with love and caring for the betterment for others. Your smile brightens the world but your face and heart are brightened by your glow when asked how are your girls. You and Ginny created two perfect women, Emily and Lillian will continue the love and happiness others will see from your memory. You were like a brother to me, most of all a good friend. Dee, I am sorry for your loss my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family, Joe and Ronnie, Emily, Lillian, Ginny. I had the pleasure of knowing David for many years during the  Dunleary Days. David was always pleasant. I am shocked by this news and my thoughts are with the Behan Family.  Mason Wetzel

Over the last few years I had the pleasure of doing work in Dave's house in Monkton, and eventually for Ronnie and Joe at Oakcrest.  I was there many times, I was his "go to" guy.  We eventually considered each other friends and share talks on fine wine, fast cars, and business acumen.  Dave, Dee my wife and I spent a memorable evening together at The Milton Inn a couple years ago and  had a blast.  He was easy to talk to, extremely smart, fun, funny and generous in every regard.  I texted him a couple days prior to his passing to tried and hook up to take a spin in one of his fast cars and give him a bottle of red from my collection.  I was so saddened by this news.  Nothing but fond memories of you David, I only wish we could have had that final glass together.  RIP friend.  

I worked with David during the Dunleary days and a bit during the Terra firma days. One of the most memorable times together was when we were deer hunting on Imin land in Texas with Chambers family. Excellent example of a CEO level talent that had smarts and incredible people skills. -- Tim J Butler

David - I loved being your sister-in-law, and am so saddened by your loss.   I will carry with me all the laughter we shared; we sure giggled a lot.  You are a generous, kind and beautiful soul.  I wish eternal peace for you up in the clouds.

David exemplified Kindness, Compassion, and from his Unique Visionary Capabilities leaves a tremendous legacy business molded in his core values.   David will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege to know him.  My prayers are with all of the Behan family and all at TF as this is an unimaginable amount of loss to bear.  

I worked for David for 17 years and could not have asked for a more fair, kind and fun boss.  He was such a creative visionary and leader.  My deepest condolences go to his family and close friends - you all are in my thoughts and prayers.  He will be missed, but has left a strong legacy and his leadership is to be modelled after.  The Heavens received a good one in David Behan!

I had the honor to have worked for David going on close to 4 years now at Terra Firma. Since day one, he showed to be a great person, a Samaritan and an excellent leader. He was very caring and always welcomed you with open arms. I am heartbroken to see he is gone. I trust that many at Terra Firma will miss him dearly as I will. David, thanks for the great time we all spent together in Aruba, and I promise that one day I will learn how to swim, to rescue someone like you rescued me. I can't remember the title of the movie you mentioned, but one of these days we will find that character called "Rafael". 
Thanks for all the favors you did for me and my family, you always had a caring heart. I pray that you are now in a calmer and peaceful place. Please do not worry, we at Terra Firma will do you proud!
