Horn and her husband Myron, Steven B. Wilcox and his wife Kerri and Heather S. Brubaker and her husband David; dear sister of Nelson Smith, Marjorie Smith, Joan Savina and the late Francis Smith; adored grandma of Jessica, Patrick, Nathan, Jeremy, Gregory, Daniel, Matthew and Kate.
