On Thursday November 9, 2023, Anita P. Logsdon passed away at the age of 102 years old at Gilchrist Hospice. She was the beloved daughter of the late Ernest and Nellie (née Blair) Perkins; devoted wife of the late Bernard J. Logsdon; and loving mother of the late Paul B. Odell and Bonita A. Bayless.
Mrs. Logsdon was a substitute teacher in Baltimore County and a group coordinator at the Maryland Jockey Club at Pimlico.
She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren Tiffany D. Salvaggio, Victoria M. Logsdon, Stephen. J Logsdon, and Jason Bayless; great-grandsons Paul W. Salvaggio, Patrick C. Salvaggio; son in-law David Bayless and daughter in-law Jeanne D. Odell; also survived by cousin Joanne Cole.
A graveside service for Anita will be held Friday, November 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E Padonia Rd, Timonium, Maryland 21093.
