Stephanie Ann Caudle passed away peacefully on Saturday June 16th 2018 in Tualatin, Oregon at the age of 78. She was born Aug 7th 1939 in Portland, Oregon and the only child to Ted Hall and Golda Salisbury. A dedicated loving mother and homemaker, Stephanie was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, most especially over the holidays…friends and relatives raved about her Holiday cookies. She worked over the years as a secretary, bookkeeper, and administrative assistant. For many years leading up to her passing, she loved reading, watching old movies, and collecting both at community garage sales. Stephanie loved the simple pleasures in life, good relationships, the beach, music, Marilyn Monroe, and most of all her grandchildren. She loved to watch and cheer at whatever event they participated in. Her faith in God helped keep her path straight and narrow during life’s difficulties. She had a passion for sewing during her younger years and would make a lot of her children’s clothing. She was an inspiration for her hard work and dedication for whatever she put her mind to.
She is survived by her children Steven Caudle and Dale Caudle; daughter in-laws Kim Caudle and Michele Caudle; grandchildren Haley Caudle, Hayden Caudle, and Owen Caudle; and dear friend Pat Trudo. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held Saturday July 14th 2018 at 12:00pm at Young’s Funeral Home in Tigard.
