Jack Clarence Pattison

Jack C. Pattison, a lifelong Oregon resident, passed away with family at his side at his Portland, OR home on October 4, 2013 at the age of 86. Mr. Pattison was born March 30, 1927 in Portland. He served honorably in the Pacific Theater during World War II. After the war, Jack went to work as a construction contractor on buildings in downtown Portland, the shipyards, and elsewhere. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and woodworking, and had traveled in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Far East.

Mr. Pattison is survived by his wife, four children, one brother, and one sister.

Visitation will take place at Young’s Funeral Home on Friday, October 11 from 3-5 PM. He will be laid to rest with honors on Monday, October 14 at 11 AM at Crescent Grove Cemetery in Tigard.
