Donald Albert Schultz, age 89, died on January 1, 2019. He retired from the phone company where he had worked for 40 years and never missed a day. He was born and raised in Huron, SD and served in the SD Army National Guard.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Lorraine M. Schultz and their 6 children; Debra, Lynn, Daniel, Peggy, Mary and Karen. Donald also enjoyed 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
He and Lorraine have lived in Beaverton, OR for the last 7 years. May he Rest In Peace.
To the greatest man I ever knew. He showed us what true love was. If it was broken, he’d fix it, not throw it away. An amazing wood worker, an amazing father, an amazing husband, and incredible grandfather and great grandfather. He will forever be looked upon for his wisdom, humor, and love. May you Rest In Peace, Donald Schultz. We love you so much and you will be missed more than you know.
