Brian was born in Christchurch New Zealand on March 19, 1953 & passed away on September 16, 2012
and the age of 59 years.
He attended the Middleton Grange school, later enrolling in the University of Canterbury. Brian graduated from the university with two degrees a BS Physics and a BS Engineering. He graduated with honors.
After graduating from college, Brian was employed by the Ministry of Works at Christchurch moving on after a while to a similar position in the City of Wellington. Hid next position was with Design Power at Wellington. Design Power was bought by an American company: Parsons Brinckerhoff. they transferred him to Seattle, Washington for a Terminal 18 position.
Brain was a valuable employee and was asked to transfer again. Parsons Brickerhoff asked him to move to Melbourne, Australia. When that job ended he was on the move again coming to Portland Oregon for Elcon Associates.
His interests were photography, he was fascinated with trains, he loved to travel, and he was devoted to many Christian activities with his church
Brain Legge was a man with the biggest heart (Jason Jarvis saying). He was kind and hard working (Phil Smith saying).
My husband was merciful and held it all in his tender heart, I shall miss him so very much (Chihiro saying).
Arrangements have been entrusted to Young's Funeral Home in Tigard, Oregon.
