We are only only hearing of Tina’s passing as of this morning.  To say it is a shock, is an understatement.  We are deeply saddened for everyone who was ever a part of her life, in any way.  There is no question, that she will be greatly missed.

Our condolences to all of Tina’s family, friends, and co-workers, and any and all who knew her.

Having know Roland for over 27 years, we got to experience some good memories, from concerts in Pueblo, to Dre coming into this world, to Tina driving that Hummer over every curb corner, to them getting a house and hosting family and friends. 

Probably the best memories we will carry with us, were all of the barbecues at the house, and even a few at ours.  But no matter what the occasion or time, we shared, we always shared a good laugh.  All were good memories.

George, we never got to meet you, but you absolutely have our condolences.

Roland, I’m here for you Brutha.

Draimen, you have our deepest of condolences young man.  Stay strong, you got a lot of love around you.

I just hadn’t had the words, Tina’s passing has me not only sad but speechless too. Although the time I knew Tina was cut short, I did know her heart was filled with kindness for all and much love for her family.  I got the chance to meet Tina while working at the Brighton clinic. We had many inspirational  conversations, laughs and good memories made.  She was nothing short of  true and could find the good in everyone.  Time has no determination on a friendship and a true friend lasts forever.  I am grateful for the life long lessons learned from her and I consider myself blessed to have known Tina.  I pray comfort for all those that have felt a loss and to her family may you have some comfort in knowing how many lives Tina has touched, she will be missed by many. 

It is with great sadness that I write this. I cannot imagine the grief for Tina’s family. I pray for mercy, comfort and healing for your broken hearts. Dre I’m sure you know you were the center of Tina’s world and she was so proud of you. I worked with Tina at Brighton. She truly was such a sweet soul. She was absolutely and without a doubt trustworthy. I always just knew Tina did the right thing. She didn’t do any of this for recognition but because it was just who she was. She was an incredibly strong woman. I no longer work at Brighton but I know how deeply her family there will miss her. Such a light removed from our physical world. ❤️

I worked with Tina for 8 years and saw how she touched so many lives. She had a special way with kids and always put her patients first. She was a private person, but it was obvious how much her family meant to her. Although she was a bit of a reluctant participant, she always let me recognize her on her birthday during the time we worked together, because she knew it was important to me. Tina was never one for the spotlight, but those who knew her, know that might be because of the strength of the inner light she embodied. Now that light is gone and our world is not the same without her in it.  Tina, you are loved and missed!

Tina beena, I am still in disbelief that you are really gone. I was just dreaming and thinking about you a couple weeks ago and wanted to reach out to have lunch with you. And then, I find out you are gone :(. The call that I never wanted to hear, I only see or hear of this in the news.  It truly breaks my heart, my friend.  Your loving and genuine self will be missed forever. Till then, may your spirit fly high and meet our heavenly Father. We shall meet again someday and have lunch then. Love and miss you, friend. 

I first met Tina about 20 years ago when she worked at RMHC North. She was an amazing assistant and our family loved seeing her. I began working at Kaiser a few years later and I couldn’t help, but encourage Tina to come work with us. I never got the chance to work with her in one of our clinics, but it was always a joy to see her when I went to the clinic she worked at. It didn’t take long for anyone to see how amazing she was. She was one of the most genuine and sweetest souls I’ve met. My heart was broken hearing the news today. I will miss you, love. Praying for peace and comfort for your loved ones. Thank you for always taking care of us. You will be missed tremendously. 

Tina and Dre have been working out at my gym for several months and they just completed an 8 week challenge. We celebrated our winners on Tuesday and Tina was second place in inches lost.  She’s been kicking butt at the gym and working on her health while setting a great example for Dre. Our gym family has suffered a great loss but we were sure to celebrate her weight loss victory on Tuesday.  Tina will be greatly missed, even though we’ve only known her a short while, that was plenty of time to to learn she was a kind soul.  Our heart goes out to Dre and the family ❤️❤️

Tina was such a special friend to us. We have lived next door to her for over 8 years and our sons have grown up together with many sleepovers and tent camp outs in the backyard. I loved our conversations together about about life, books, school, motherhood, her giving me medical advice about strep throat (thank goodness!) and laughing together.  She was always so authentic and fun! She loved Dre so much and was such a special mom to him. We will always hold a special place in our hearts for Tina, Dre, Roland and George. We will never forget her and send our love to her special family. 

I’d like to start off by saying thank you all who have reached out to us and have payed your respects to this beautiful  amazing woman. 
Tina was a pice of work!! She was always so energetic, outgoing, and so passionate. Tina was an early riser up every single day by 4am!! She was huge on being on time “punctual “ as she called it!! I had the pleasure to know Tina from a young age and am great full that we were able to reunite and spend these last few years together.   Tina was truly my sole mate I  love her so much and I’ll always hold her dear to my heart and sole. The day she left she took a big part of me with her. I’ll never be the same without you my love. I love you babe.

Tina I miss you so much. Part of me died with you when the Lord took you home. Your memory will live forever in my soul and in my mind.  

Teeny, I can’t believe you’re gone.  I miss you so much.  You’ve been by my side for  the last 10 years, my cell mate.  Your friendship is one of my most treasured in life and death.  My wish is that you have peace in your eternal life with our Heavenly Father.  The sting of death is so very real on this side of the veil.  I am sure quite different on the other side where the eternal perspective is clear. Tina brought much good to this world and will continue.  
Until we meet again my dear friend , soar high and free.

I also had the pleasure of working with Tina  for many years, usually opening the clinic in the early hours. She had a funny sense of humor and a  work ethic that surpassed all others.  She was  one of the hardest working people I know and was always looking for the best ways to meet clinic and members needs . Many of our members have grown up with her in pediatrics and she truly is irreplaceable.  She will be  missed greatly! 


Tina, your physical time here on earth has come to an end much too soon but I know you are flying high and taking in all the love that surrounds you and your family right now. Thank you for sharing your beauty and light with us all. I enjoyed the time we worked together and I appreciated your dry sense of humor and your wit. You inspired me with your work ethic and your strength as a mother.  My respect for you is endless! 
You will truly be missed in every way 
My deepest condolences to your Beautiful Son, your parents, your family and all the people who loved you.  I pray that they find the peace they need and the awareness that you were truly an angel in disguise.
This is not good bye but rather......until we meet again. 

Tina was my pediatric work partner, I have worked so close to her for the last 5 years that it breaks my heart to even write this. She taught me so much. She was truly a amazing person, she was a amazing mother. Pediatrics at Brighton Primary Care will never be the same. My prayers are with the family as the try to navigate through this time. You will forever be missed and loved. 

Tina was such a light in the world and her light radiated and touched so many people. She was a beautiful soul. I had the pleasure of working with Tina for 7 years and I will treasure the memories. She was so kind and always happy. I will miss that smile. You were truly an Angel on earth. Praying for peace and comfort for your family and friends. Fly high my friend. ❤️

It was with great sadness that I heard the news of Tina’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Tina for several years. She was always a joy to work with, and an amazingly hard worker. I was also privileged to develop a friendship with Tina. She will be greatly missed. Please know that you are in my family’s thoughts and prayers. Tina was a beautiful woman with a sweet and gentle heart. The kind of person who brought peace and calm to a hectic environment. Always smiling, always helpful, always compassionate. I worked with Tina at Kaiser for a short time. I always appreciated her drive to help people and to offer alternative solutions. She was very kind and always started conversations with me. Prayers and hugs to the family at this difficult time. She will be missed by many.
