Taka Fushimi peacefully passed on December 2, 2015 in Denver, CO. He is survived by his sons Taka J. (Marsha) and Michael A. (Catherine) Fushimi, one daughter Rene R. (Larry) Gardner, two grandsons TJ and Brandon Fushimi, and two granddaughters Tiffany Fushimi and Trinity Gardner. Preceded in death by wife Mary B. Fushimi; brothers Sam, Ken, Yo, and George Fushimi; sisters Fuji and Betty. Visitation is to be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 4pm to 7pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 10am with burial to follow at Olinger Highland Cemetery, 10201 N. Grant Street, Thornton, CO.
