My condolences to Richard's family. I didn't know Richard well but we went to HKIS together and I recently learned of his death. Recently there was a 20 year reunion in SF and although I was not there, I do know that he was mentioned.

Although I didn't know Richard, the photos, guest book entries, and the loving and proud newspaper letter about organ donation say a great deal about who he was and how he lived his life.  They reflect what he valued, what he loved to do, who he loved, and how he loved them.  Richard clearly was a blessing to many people during his life, and he continues to be a blessing to many.

My condolences to your family. I attended Byram Hills with Richard for many years, and while I did not know him very well, I will always remember him as a kind and peaceful young man. RIP, Richard.

Rich was my "Agilent Buddy" when I started my job at Agilent, and he was unforgettably kind, helpful, and genuine. He checked in with me every day at the beginning to make sure I was finding my way around and feeling supported. We worked together for 2.5 years at Agilent. I will always remember Rich talking about his boys with great pride and adoration, and about his wife, Jen, as his partner in life. He was a wonderful person, and I am grateful to have known him. All of my best wishes to Rich's family.

My condolences to the Liu family.  I worked worked with him briefly at Agilent and I appreciated his smile, patience and kindness.  My deepest sympathies.

His smile, his laughter that could light up a room and make you go over to see what he was talking about, the sparkle in his eye and the huge smile when he would talk about you Jen, his mischievous laugh of disapproval when you and I would talk and he thought we were up to no good, the pride in his voice and the words he spoke about the great things Hunter and Carson were doing, his passion for scouting that made me think, wow, I need to step up my game as leader because he is so awesome at this, the way he was always there to help me no questions asked, our banters between the three of us that would keep us laughing throughout scouting meetings.  These are the things I am going to miss so much.  He was such a kind hearted kindred spirit whose soul will live through you, Hunter and Carson.  I feel blessed that God led our family to your family three years ago and that our families connected.
