Norma J. Jennings

Norma Jean Jennings (Maiden name: Dawson); of Commerce City, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022, in Aurora Colorado. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and to all that knew and loved her. She was born December 27th, 1939, in Sterling, Colorado to Floyd and Violet Dawson.

Norma is survived by her daughter Sarah Jennings-Wise, her granddaughters, Trisha Jennings, Lisa Jennings-Duran, Brianna Jennings, grandson Stephen Wise, Sister Judy Dawson, brothers, David, Jerry, and Gary Dawson, great grandchildren, Tyson Duran, Preston Wise, and Jayden Wise. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel R. Jennings, Sr., her Son Samuel R. Jennings, Jr., her parents Floyd and Violet Dawson, her sisters Betty Johnson, Janice Johnson, Susan Dawson, brothers Lloyd Dawson, and Raymond Dawson.

The Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Olinger Highland Mortuary, Honor East Venue, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado 80229. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, located at 200 East 168th Avenue, Broomfield, CO 80023.

A reception will follow immediately after the Interment at 11932 Fairplay Street, Commerce City, CO 80022.
