Michael L Anderson, 42 of Westminster died unexpectedly in an auto accident on December 23, 2016. Mike was born on December 3, 1974 in Fort Morgan, Colorado to Donald Lee Meisner and Barbara (Zarbock) Anderson.

He spent most of his childhood in Salt Lake City before moving to Northglenn and graduating from Horizon high school. After graduating he attended Denver Automotive and Diesel school and worked as an auto tech for 12 years. In 2010 he pursued a career in law enforcement and in 2011 he graduated from Arapahoe Community Police Academy. He worked for the Julesburg PD , and moved on to the Denver Police academy before he landed a job with the Lochbuie PD.

He enjoyed spending time with his friends riding his Harley but most his time was spent with the Joy of his life his daughter Lauren, which he adored.

He is survived by his daughter Lauren, mother Barbara (Zarbock) Anderson, brother Robert (Laura) Meisner sister Suzanne (John) Shea, nephews Robert (Aisha ) Meisner, Justin Coleman,Joey Shea, nieces, Natasha (Tyler) Tateyama, Melissa, Jennifer Coleman, and special people in his life Gary & Judy Steffenson and Kayla Dillinger.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church , 900

W Midway Blvd Broomfield.
