Mary Alice (Trudeau) Valenzuela, of Denver, CO was called to the Lord on July 5, 2022. She will always be remembered as a loving Mother, Wife, Auntie, Godmother and Friend to all that knew and loved her. Born on November 28, 1954 in Edgerton, Wisconsin to parents Herbert and Jean Trudeau. Married in El Paso, TX to the love of her life in September 1977.
Mary lived in Wisconsin as a young girl and was brought to Denver, CO where she remained during her adolescence and adult life. Mary was adored by all who knew her. She had the most beautiful, non-judgemental, supportive personality and could always bring a room to life, especially when she was watching a Broncos game. She was feisty and could cuss like a sailor that would catch some by surprise but would also make you laugh at the same time. She loved her family fiercely and made many friends along the way who became like family. She would always make others feel welcomed and loved and would give you the shirt off her back. Mary was married to the love of her life, Danny D, for 45 years and their marriage is what dreams are made of; true love and respect. Their marriage has been and will remain an example to those close to them. She had the most beautiful green eyes that were mesmerizing and the reason she earned the nickname, Tweety. She worked as a Food Service Manager for many years at Guardian Angels Catholic School from where she retired. Mary had a love for dancing starting a young age as she and her twin brother won the Twist dance contest at 7 years old. She loved to dance and listen to the music her husband, Danny D, would play on the radio, clubs or gigs. She had a green thumb and loved being in and caring for her garden of flowers as much as she could. Mary will be incredibly missed, but never forgotten.
Survived by her husband Danny Valenzuela, daughter Angeline Valenzuela and son Danny Valenzuela. Grandchildren - Meriah Martinez, Arnold, Adriana and Alex Perez-Valenzuela. Godchildren – Davy Calderon, Rick and Alfonso Olguin. Siblings - David Trudeau, Joan Ruth, Deborah Trudeau, Terry Trudeau, Maureen Trudeau and Denise Rankins.
