Kathleen was born on February 25, 1956. Dearest daughter of Gil and Roseanne Watkins, she grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, very close to Lake Erie. The lake holds many special memories for her and her family and would be important to her throughout her life. Her faith was also an incredibly significant aspect of her youth, as her family recognized Roman-Catholic beliefs that she embraced to the end. She eventually made her way to Colorado, where she began raising her three daughters.
On September 18, 2023, Kathleen passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by her three daughters, Jodi, Bobbie, and Malissa. She is survived by her grandchildren, Aaron, Nicholas, Laci, Terry Leigh, Marina, Samantha, Jayden, Richard Andrew, Angel, and Isabella, and her great-grandchildren, Eddee Louise, Braiden, Neveah, Danika, Jaxon, Rylee, and Sophia. She is also survived by her siblings Bill, John, Patty, and Jim, and the best friend anyone could ask for, Debbie.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Danny and Tom, husband James, and so many other family members and friends. May they have already greeted her in Heaven with open, loving arms.
