Jesus Estrada Castillo, 92, passed quietly surrounded by his loving family March 16th, 2015. Born on October 26th, 1922 to Pablo Castillo (Ɨ) and Juana Estrada (Ɨ). He met Natividad Zamarron (Ɨ) who he married on March, 30th 1946. Jesus and Natividad had 10 children: Nemesio, Roberto (Martha Ɨ) , Bertha (Jeronimo Ɨ), Ramon (Imelda), Leticia Ɨ (Jose), Hector, Francisco (Graciela), Olivia ( Daniel) Juan Luis (Luz), and Norma (Pablo), and 40+ grandchildren, 20+ great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Pablo, his sister Josefina and several nieces and nephews.
Delighted by the accomplishments of his family, he never shied away from an opportunity to boast about his children and grandchildren. Never one to take life too seriously, Jesus loved to play with his grandchildren, from racing them across the yard in his younger days, to laughing and joking with them in his older days. Jesus enjoyed working in his vegetable garden, singing his favorite songs to visitors and traveling to visit new places with his family
