Stan served 8 years with the Air National Guard of California. He was a tool maker by trade and there was nothing that he could not build or fix. In his job, he was called a design engineer and could make whatever was needed without a blueprint. Stan had a very creative mind. He had a great sense of humor.
Stan was happily married to Marlene for over 60 years. He loved his family and there wasn't anything he wouldn't do for them. Stan loved animals. Even as a child growing up, he had the most unique animals such as a skunk and and ocelot. He loved working on cars. Stan even built a sluice box to pan for gold in Denver with his son, Mike, and nephew, Alan.
There are no goodbyes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in our hearts.
