Deborah Ann Nelson was born on August 22, 1962 in Denver, Colorado to parents Willie Davis Nelson and Ruth Laverne Lighcy. Deborah passed away on October 17, 2013 in Denver, Colorado. She is survived by mother, Ruth L. Howard; daughters, Latoya Nelson and Shavannah Nelson; grandchildren, Shaquala, Kahmani, and Simeon and many other loving relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 from 4:30PM to 6:00PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 2:00PM. Both at Olinger Highland Mortuary. Deborah will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her. She will be forever in our hearts and in our minds.
