Charles Thomas Harrington, of Westminster Colorado passed away on 05/12/2022 in Westminster Colorado. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father & friend to all that knew and loved him. He was born on 9/12/1926 in Beloit, Wisconsin to Charles and Mary Harrington.
He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Seminole from 1945-1947 and was honorably discharged on 9/10/1947. He attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin. He was an avid sports fan and loved to watch the Wisconsin Badgers, Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, and Colorado Rockies. He also was a huge jazz music enthusiast.
Charles is survived by daughters Kellie Haley and Cathy Chandler of Westminster, CO., son Brian Harrington of Westminster, CO. sisters Jan McCormick and Karen Ross of Madison, WI.
Grandchildren: Joshua Haley, Brandon Harrington, Matthew Harrington, Jessie Haley, Kelsie Hershberger, Collin Haley, Connor Chandler, and Delany Chandler.
Great Grandchildren: Evan Haley, Zoey Haley, and Penny Harrington.
He was preceded in death by his wife Doreen Harrington.
The Funeral service will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary Heritage Hall 10201 Grant Street, Thornton, CO, 80229. On Tuesday 6/7/2022 Rosary @ 11:00 am, Service @ 11:30 am. Interment will follow in Fort Logan Cemetery at 2:00 pm with a reception to follow at the Broomfield Eagles 7650 W. 120th Ave. Broomfield, CO 80020 at 4:00 pm.
Pallbearers: Joshua Haley, Brandon Harrington, Matthew Harrington, Connor Chandler, Collin Haley, and Ryan Hershberger.
