Bonita Jean Carter

Bonnie is survived by her husband Robert Carter; her children David Carter (wife Carrie Carter), Deana Carter (wife Ro Rains) and Darcy Risenhoover (husband Craig Risenhoover). Her brother Jim Kennedy and his wife Priscilla Kennedy. Forever remembered by her grandchildren Jay Carter, Gage Irwin (wife Jessie Irwin), Dylan Carter, Nic Irwin, Ty Carter and step granddaughters Casady Risenhoover and Cailey Risenhoover. As well as her great grandchildren Adaline Irwin, Harper Irwin, Caden Risenhoover, and Brycen Irwin.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents Haven and Monica Kennedy as well as her in-laws Granville and Sylvia Carter.

Bonnie was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile was so stunning it would light up the whole room. She cared so deeply for the people around her. She was so kind and passionate. She made an impact on many lives. She did this in many ways, but most profoundly, sending out cards with inspirational quotes. She will be forever missed. Until we meet again.

Services will be held at Wheat Ridge Congregational Church, United Church of Christ. 6310 W 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, Co. 80214 on September 9, 2023 @ 2pm. Reception to follow services.
