He came from a large family and had nine siblings.
Graduated from Alameda High school then joined the United States Airforce working as an airplane mechanic.
He was married to the love of his life, Constance Lorraine Ocheltree on 07/17/1976.
They had two children: Sean Clayton and Shannon LeAnn.
He retired from Trucking in 2015.
His greatest joy was his two grandsons, Cole Wesley and Michael Bradley.
Billy loved to build things, play golf and spend time with his family.
He always put family first.
Services will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary 10201 Grant St. Thornton, CO. 80229 on Saturday, November 27th at 1pm.
