Anthony (Tony) was born in the seaside town of Bremerhaven, Germany to Thomas and Anna (Müller) Cavalier. As a child, he briefly lived in Hibbing, MN before moving to Arvada, CO where he spent the remainder of his life. He studied marketing and finance on a Presidential Scholarship at the University of Denver, graduating in 1985. After a 5 year courtship, on January 23, 1988, Tony married Janine Marie Tidd and they were married for 32 years. They raised two daughters together, Alyssa (25) and Rachel (19). He was a very proud, loving, and devoted father to his girls, and an endlessly supportive husband.
Tony was a voracious reader, always having a book on hand and recommendation to those in his company. He was passionate about martial arts, starting Taekwondo at the age of 11 and eventually earning his 2nd dan black belt. He did Kung Fu with his wife Janine, earning his brown belt in 2020. Tony loved music and was often found singing along to his favorite tunes.
He had a twinkle in his eye and was the life of every party. He was a friend to all and beloved by all who knew him. He was known for his kindness, generous spirit, sharp mind, and sense of humor.
Tony is survived by his mother Anna and father Thomas, his wife Janine, daughters Alyssa and Rachel, brother Dean, sisters Amberly and Danette (David), and several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
