William Murray Doyle

Passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 at The Scarborough Hospital - Birchmount Campus at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Margery (nee Curran). Predeceased by his brother Jack, sister Lenore Hanson, sister-in-law Eleanor Lee and brothers-in-law Fr. Hugh John Curran, CSB and Paul Curran of Edmonton. Survived by sister-in-law Lorraine Watters of North Bay. Dear uncle of Mary Hanson (Gabe Heller), Bill (Laura) Hanson, Anne Hanson (Glenn Davies), and Maureen Hanson (Jamie Hidi) and great-uncle of Katie, Betsy, Rebecca, Thomas, Lauren, Sarah, Meghan, Andrew, Danielle, and Graham. William dedicated much of his life to his career in construction at Doyle Hinton Limited. He was an avid sports fan and had a passion for his race horses. Friends may call on Thursday, August 23, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Timothy's Roman Catholic Church (21 Leith Hill Road). Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
