Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Scarborough Grace Hospital at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Josephine Keng Chiu. Loving father to Helen and husband Simon, Katherine, Michael and wife Suzanne, John and wife Margaret, Christina and husband Winston. Grandfather of Wanda, Wendy, Jean-Daniel, Jacqueline, Joseph, Céline, Kristen, Gina, Ian, and Jason. Friends may call on Sunday, August 19th from 2 to 7 p.m. and on Monday, August 20th from 10 to 11 a.m at the R. S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge St., at Goulding, south of Steeles). A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, August 20th at 11 a.m. There will be a private family interment following cremation.
