Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill at the age of 94. Vera, beloved wife of the late Fred Morrison. Cherished mother of Eleanor and her husband Arthur Kravetz and Carol and her husband Lou Di Lorenzo. Adored grandmother of Anthony (Randi), Nicole (Jeff) and Robert. Loving great-grandmother of Drew, Aidan, Morgan and Mason. Predeceased by her brothers Mike and Tony and sisters Carmela, Annette and Lena. Vera will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 25th at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate, Thornhill). Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Make-A-Wish or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated
