Ugo Saccone

Ugo Carmine Saccone passed away January 25th 2022 at the age of 90 in Vancouver British Columbia. He was born July 16 1931 in Villa Santa Maria Italy. Ugo came to Canada, joining his family to start a new life in the mid-1950s. He married Eloise Wright on August 24th 1963 and 3 children soon followed. Ugo built a rich life for himself and his family in both Toronto and British Columbia working in the food service industry. He is predeceased by his parents Nicola and Carmina, his sister Lucia, brother Joe and former spouse Eloise. Ugo leaves behind his children Marta (Chris), Greg (Angela), and Sean (Anthea), his brother Alex (Gabriella), sister in-law Mary, partner Adelina, grandchildren Alexandra, Ben, Eric, Thora, Danielle, Michael, Alecia, Natasha, nieces and nephews and extended family. He was a dedicated husband and father and will be remembered by his family and friends for his kindness, charm, generosity and love. Visitation will be held at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill on Monday, February 7th, 2022 from 4pm to 6pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 92 Steeles Ave. West on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 9:30am. Entombment at Highland Memory Gardens will follow the funeral.
