Mrs. Suk Tak Pang was born in 1945 in Macau, where she spent her childhood. She later moved to Hong Kong to pursue high school and continued her studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong where she graduated with a degree in Sociology. Following graduation, she taught at the Melrose Christian School in Kowloon for 18 years. In 1975, she married her beloved husband Robert in Hong Kong and later, gave birth to two daughters, Hilary and Alison. In 1985, her family immigrated to Toronto. In the early days after immigration, because her two daughters were still young, she stayed at home full time to take care of them. As they got older, she decided to work again as a Pharmacist Assistant in a pharmacy under the Metro government.
During her downtime, Suk Tak was an avid Cantonese opera singer and line dancer who enjoyed performing for the community with her husband and friends. She was also a devoted Christian who loved the Lord throughout her life. She was baptized at a young age and God blessed her with a happy family. Although she has temporarily departed from her family and friends today, she believes that one day they will meet again in our heavenly home. This is the Lord, God’s promise to her and to those who believe in Him.
