Peacefully passed away after a courageous battle on Tuesday July 6th, 2010 at Scarborough Grace Hospital, at the age of 74 years. Loving wife of the late Lawrence D. Hill. Sadly missed by her children, Debbie McBride (Hill), Cynthia Sipione, and Dave and Janet Hill. Cherished grandmother to Christopher-Lee, Tina, Francesca, Graydon and Kira. Shirley lived a life full of love, friendship and compassion and will be sadly missed by many friends. Visitation on Friday July 9th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R. S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday July 10, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. Interment York Cemetery.
