Passed away on July 21, 2009 at Roberta Place in Barrie, ON at the age of 81.
Beloved mother of Carol Lambert (Fred) of Winnipeg, Dave Fox (Fran) of Barrie, Debbie LaViolette (John) of Halifax, Bill Fox of Winnipeg, and Connie-Mae Rapus (Stan) of Elmvale. Rose was a proud Nanny to nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2009 in the Chapel.
