Robert Walker Lambert

Robert (Bob) passed away peacefully on March 27,2024 at the Harold and Grace Baker Center. Beloved husband to Eileen Millicent Lambert (Nee: McConnell) (pre-deceased 1989). He is survived by his children Gwen, Gayle (Phil), Chris (Wayne), beloved wife Violet Farquharson-Lambert, his step-son Adrian, his grandchildren Heather, Dale, Keith, Ian(Shauna) and Noel (Ashley), his great grandchildren Michael, Angela, Theo and great great grandchild Mariah. He is related to the Hunter, McCann, Curtis, Lambert and Larouche families. A beloved brother-in-law to Gordon Stanley McConnell (brother of Eileen) (pre-deceased).

Bob is pre-deceased by his Father Walker McMullen Lambert and Mother Ellen Rose Lambert, his siblings Alberta (Edmond), Marg (Bill), Sammy (George), Harvey (Monica) and Joan (John).

Bob will be remembered as a kind, beautiful, loving and caring person willing to help with any project including working tirelessly around the Church and home.

The family would like to express their deep thanks to the Staff at the Harold and Grace Baker Center for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home - Thornhill (8088 Yonge St, Thornhill)

The Funeral Service will be held at St. Theodore of Canterbury Anglican Church on Saturday, March 6, 2024, viewing at 12 noon, service at 1pm. Burial at York Cemetery will follow, then reception at St. Theodore of Canterbury Church (111 Cactus Avenue, North York).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to St. Theodore of Canterbury Church.
