Beloved wife of the late Shia Luen Chiu, loving mother to her six children, Linda Wong, Humphrey Chiu, Eva Chan, Pinky Lo, Eric Chiu and Swannie Kwok. Kind and generous grandmother to Olivia Wong, Gordon Chiu, Jennifer Lo, Jessica Chan, Alex Wong, Jackie Lo, Adrienne Kwok, Samantha Chiu, Nikolas Chiu, Myra Chiu and great grandmother to Avery Viola and Alexis Kong.
Po Chu was born in Hong Kong on Feb 6, 1921 and married Shia Luen Chiu on November 26, 1948. Together they made their home in Hong Kong where they raised their family. In September 29, 1989 they emigrated to Canada to spend the rest of their life with their children.
