Mary Ann I was so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. 

I had the honor of attending the beautiful funeral service last week but had to rush back to London immediately after. 

Please pass on my thoughts and prayers to your sisters and brother.

Phil was a good friend, unfortunately we drifted apart in recent years but I remember many fun times with him and the other guys

at the bridge club.  He was a lovely and kind person.
He had great stories to tell.  I (Janice) got to play a game of bridge
with him not too long ago and I will always cherish that.

We are saddened to hear about Phil's death. He was a great friend to the 2 of us. We can't make it to his funeral because we are in Ireland. Best wishes to his family.

My condolences to Phil's family on the loss of such an amiable, funny, fun-loving .. always with a ready smile and super 'hug' guy.  After the Friday night game, a group of us would go to the Fish House and discuss hands.  I remember that I always tried to get a seat near Phil as his interpretation of hands would lead to an interesting tale of people, thoughts, memories and bring the light-heartedness back to the 'serious' game of bridge.

I will truly miss seeing Phil's smile and especially his 'real' hugs.  He is a true treasure of a man and I was blessed in knowing him.  It is so sad to lose such a beautiful spirit.  Wishing the family "Phil hugs" as you mourn his loss.

I think you would remember us- Walter and Peggy's children. Chris Cameron let us know the sad news about Phil's passing. We all offer you our sincerest condolences and our thoughts and prayers are for you at this time.

We have fond memories of many get togethers over the years with the Cameron gang, and occasionally at the same time the Rizzutos, and Phil of course would  be there too. We regret due to travel and other commitments not being able to attend the visitation or funeral, but we hope this celebration of Phil's life will be comforting to you.

Scooter was my friend since way back in our Saskatoon salad days, both there and during the decade I lived in Toronto. We had a great visit in Vegas with lots of the usual laughter when in his presence. I'll miss the joy he always spread to everyone around him. My sincere condolences to his family and his many other friends. He was a rare one.

Our most heartfelt condolences to Phil's family.  He always added a smiling face, and good humour, to whichever event we attended together.  May he rest in peace.

We are so saddened to hear about Phil.  He was such a dear friend and we spent many happy times with him at bridge tournaments in Vegas, Gatlinburg and Orlando.  We became very good friends when Phil lived in Saskatoon.  We then lost touch when he moved east but lucky for us we reconnected at a bridge tourney several years ago in Vegas.  From that point on we travelled many places with Phil and enjoyed his company immensely.  His sense of humour will be with us always.

He will be missed by all that knew him but he will be in all of our hearts forever.

It is with great sadness that I learned of Phil's death.  He was a wonderful friend of 30 years and I will miss him tremendously.  His sense of humour and love of life made everyone who knew him a little happier.  He worked so hard to stay with us but, in the end, he was taken from those of us who loved him.   I was honoured to call Phil my dear friend.  My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
