They were married 54 years. They started a family in Kansas City then moved to Montreal, Quebec where Patricia studied interior design. They relocated to Toronto, Ontario where they resided for 48 years. Over the years, Patricia participated in a wide spectrum of volunteer and altruistic activities. She was President of the American Woman's Club of Toronto, President of the Toronto Area Alumnae Panhellenic (TAAP), and a member of the Toronto Alumnae Association of Delta Gamma Women's Fraternity where she was instrumental in starting the Delta Gamma Chapter in Waterloo and raising funds for scholarships and various charitable organizations. She provided leadership to numerous committees organizing charitable events for the Opera, North York Symphony, and other causes. She inspired spiritual grounding, a love of life, and a commitment to philanthropy in her children. Patricia was well-read, generous and kind. She will be greatly missed.
