Passed away on Wednesday February 16, 2011, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Helen. Loving Dad of Thomas (Elizabeth), Robert (Heather Gibb) and Patricia (Jim Lewis). Cherished Grandpa of Daniel, Haley and Alanna. Dear brother of Walter (Nadia) and the late Ann Yachuk. Michael will be greatly missed by all of his family here and in the Ukraine. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 18, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Mass will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Volodymyr's Ukrainian Catholic Church (15 Church Lane, Thornhill). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
