Passed away peacefully on April 4, 2014 at Scarborough Grace Hospital in Toronto. Loving mother of Susan (George), Robert (Florence), Franklin (Tarisa), Joseph (Ada) and Lily (Herbert). Beloved grandmother of Patty, George Jr., Edward (Marieke), Fiona (Eric), Vivian (Martin), Maria, Alvin and Jason. Cherished greatgrandmother of Mathilde, Oliver, Hayden, Carlton and Brannon. Mary will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends may visit at Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge Street,Thornhill (7 traffic lights north of Steeles Avenue, on the west side of Yonge Street) on Friday April 11, 2014 from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday April 12, 2014 from 10 am to 11 am. A funeral mass will commence at 11:00 am on Saturday April 12, 2014 immediately followed by a burial service at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill (just south of Hwy 407, on the east side of Yonge Street). A lunch reception will be held at Mandarin Buffet, 7660 Woodbine Avenue in Markham at 1 pm.
