Mary passed away peacefully on February 12, 2013 at age 88. Dear daughter of the late Oksana and William Festeryga. Loving wife of her late husband Eli. Beloved mother of Natalie (John), Christina (Taras) and Lesia. Doting Baba to Nicholas, Ivanka, Adam and Adrian. Cherished sister of the late George (Barb) and Bill (Doris). Dear sister-in-law of Iris (the late Harry), Adele, Kathy and the late Ollie (the late Lloyd). Much loved aunt, cousin and friend. We will deeply miss her kind and nurturing soul.
Friends may call on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm with Panachyda Friday evening at 8 pm at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 10am at St. Anne's Ukrainian Orthodox Church (525 Morrish Road). Interment to follow at York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Anne's Ukrainian Orthodox Church would be appreciated.
