Maria Da Luz

Peacefully, following a lengthy illness, on Saturday December 15th, 2007, at the Toronto Western Hospital in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Jose Da Luz (1986). Loving mother of Tony (Aurelia), Maria (John) and Jose (Merita). Cherished "Avo" of seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Maria will be missed and lovingly remembered by her sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.

Visitation on Wednesday December 19th, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church (39 Green Lane), on Thursday December 20th, 2007 at 2 o'clock. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Mausoleum.
